Wife filed Section 498a, then RCR, then DVC on NRI husband

1) Is it ethical for wife to file RCR while also alleging cruelty and harassment in other cases? On this basis can proceeding in family court be stayed or dismissed by high court ?
2) RCR currently is in the reconciliation phase, can husband decline to attend citing irretrievable breakdown of marriage because of false allegations pending in other courts ?
The husband must inform the court about the proceedings of RCR which are pending. And on that basis the other legal rights of the wife will be dismissed because she can't demand two things at the same time. But it will also depend upon what she had written in her petition. file of rcr is right of either of the parties. it's the duty of the opposite part to bring in the notice of court about the conduct of the opposite party and if the opposite party want can go for cancellation of case.
