Wife filed false trespassing FIR while I was abroad, remedies ?

Wife has filed multiple matrimonial cases in India. Wife filed a criminal trespassing FIR and named me while I was still abroad, when I shipped gifts to the child at her address. Police sent 41a notice asking me to join investigation at police station in India, 8 months after FIR, and another notice asking me to be present in court at the time of filing chargesheet. It's been 8 months after those notices, there's no court case. What action can I take against wife for intimidating and harassing ?

If you have clear grounds which can prove that the FIR registered by your wife is false, you can initiate appropriate action against her. However, before taking such action, you have to prove in court that the FIR is false and for that you have to get the FIR quashed before the High Court. Once the FIR is Quashed, you can take action against your wife under section 182, 211 and other provisions of the Indian Penal Code. For the complete process, you can approach me.
