Wife filed false cases against me and harassing my family , what to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I was married since 2013 Jan and we were to gather for 5 months in mean time she went to her house with out informing us one day and complained against me at mahila sahaya vani at shivajinagar and one fine-day after the discussion and cross check they told her to me mature enough to look after the family and scolded her and sent her back. One fine day after this incident with in 2 to 3 months she filed a dowry case against me and my family and sent me to jail after me coming from the jail on the bail she filed 3 cases (Dowry, DV Act & Divorce )till now almost me and my family are attending the cases with out one single day of excuse from past 3 and a half years. but from there end they are not attending the court and there lawyer also has taken retirement from the case. In this 3 cases one case got dismissed due to not attending the court that is Divorce case.

So what exactly is your question? Divorce case is dismissed and DV and 498 A case is still pending. Defend yourself in these two cases - if she doesn't come to court for these two cases also, then you will win these two cases also
