Wife filed false 498a case against me after I filed a divorce case

02-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed a false 498A case against me in 2023, one year after I filed for divorce. On the day she and her in-laws came to my home and attacked me, I filed a police complaint with MLC, but they did not take action. Surprisingly, three days after the incident, the police filed a 498A case against me. The FIR contained false allegations and even listed the wrong address. The police submitted the charge sheet to the court but still not served summons even second hearing date is given.

hi if the FIR and chargesheet are filed wirh all false allegations then you could file quash petition in high court as those are baseless and that you were not connected to allegations mentioned in the FIR
