Wife file wrong cases on me and my family

My wife file wrong cases against me like dowry ,DV etc. And she doesn't want leave with my parents. Can I file divorce case on the basis of wrong allegations.

Yes, you can file divorce case against her on the grounds of mental harrasment and cruelty, In the said petition you have to mention all the wrong doings of her and after considering the evidence court may grant you divorce.

First Of All if she has Filed DV case against you in the court. Appear before the court. Give your written statement on Her allegations presented before court. signfy the court that you and your family never had a approached her with domestic volien . Also send a legal notice of restoration to your wife
