Wife file false complain 498a against me and family

My wife file compain 498a againt me and family members which is completely false. she is not staying with us last 1 year and she clearly said chats she want divorce but still she want to put presure to give money allomany. Now what should i taken steps not can you guid me properly i have compain copy with me as well

498A complaint ke baad police pehle inquiry karti hai aur turant arrest ka rule nahi hai. Aapko Section 41A CrPC ka notice milega, jiska proper reply dena zaruri hai. Aapke paas chat proof aur complaint copy hone se aap FIR quashing, anticipatory defense aur alimony oppose karne ki strong strategy bana sakte hain. Saare documents ka review karke aap apne aur family ke liye best legal protection le sakte hain

Your first step should be to get the FIR quashed through HC. Also no need to panic as per the new judgement of the Supreme Court, there can be no arrest for the period of 2 months next of filing the complaint. you must file before HC in 482 ASAP. Any help if required, I can provide.
