Wife earns more than husband. no dowry and (h) did marriage

Wife (w) is earns 1.28 lakhs monthly and husband (h) is earning 1.11 lakhs. In assets and liabilities she mentioned that 60k for transport, medical.59lakhs home loan (39 lakhs emi not started and 20lakhs is taken for dowry and marriage).(W) father is a central Govt employee (expired), mother getting 13k per month. Elder sister divorced And settled (39 lakhs),bro works.Mentioned (H) has 10 acres of land and own house total worth (5 crores). (H) has 2 siblings.Will (W) gets maintence?

hi first need to see whether she had filed any application for maintenance and if any maintenance was awarded to her then you could file revision petition in appellate court to lower the maintenance or suspend the notice
