Wife doesnt reside with me what to do

I got married 1.5 years back and my wife resided only for 2 to 3 days at the matrimonial home.she resided in the college hostel and after completing her college she didn't come to matri..home and is working in IT MNC. I filed filed divorce and she has filed for maintenance undersec125 along with sec9 for conjugal rights and DV under sec. 12/18/19/20/22/23... She didn't resided at all and she is working now...how to deal with this..when I will get divorce
You are saying that wife did not come back but wife has moved the court for restitution of conjugal rights which means she wants to live with you. So, the situation is not clear. But on the whole if she has deserted you, you have a good ground for divorce
