wife denied sex from 1st night of marriage, can marriage be annulled

My wife has wilfully denied sex from 1st wedding night of marriage. She never allowed me to touch her if I tried she use to threaten me. She left me in 2 months of marriage. Need to know can my marriage be annulled.

Any marriage solemnized, whether before or after the commencement of the Act, may, on a petition presented by either the husband or the wife, be dissolved by a decree of divorce on the ground that the other party

Yes, Marriage can be Annuled on this ground, as she neglected to perform her duty to engage physically with you affectionately in a cozzy way. Well, she didn't marry you at first, if she didn't want to do sex after Marriage.
