Wife denied for mutual on second motion

Sir/MadamWe are separate ( I am in Nagpur and she is at her parent) from each other since a 1year. we filed mutual divorce on 28/01/2022, on the same day paid 20% from one time alimony amount and taken future responsibility of child by notarized agreement. Wife took money by cash and went to her parents, after 2month she withdrawal her consent by saying that no money received and forcefully did the procedure. I continued as contested divorce but after 1 month she forcefully entered in the Parents house and staying there with cruelty. parents filed complaint against her to police satiation, office, senior citizen petition against her result yet to come. Previously no complaints case against me but now on Aug 25 i went to home then she create quarrel and filled 498a, 377, 305, 306 and 323 against my whole family. nnWife is not coming to court.
