Dear client,
I need to know whether maintenance order is passed against u? U are liable to pay maintenance to ur wife if maintenance order is passed against u. u need pay only that amount which is maintioned in decree not more than that.
Second option if u think any injustice is caused to you, u can challenge that order of maintenance in appeal.

Dear client yr question is not clear hence unable to give answer. If u want to keep back wife and she is not ready then file case for restitution of conjugal rights. In maintenance case also u can tell court that u ready to live with wife. For any legal help call me
