Wife cheating since long found recently..

I am married since 16 yrs with a daughter who is 13 yrs old bases in Mumbai. After 2 yrs of marriage I had serious trouble in marriage. Frequent fight, arguments by her without any reasons or reasons where created. Since 12 yrs though we stay together I cook for myself or have food from outside. Majority of my personal work has been done by self. She go to an extended at times to open the door and shout bachaoo bachoo (save me) to gather public. I saw her unwanted chat with a guy on wats up.

You can file for divorce on the basis of adultery and cruelty upon you and ask for divorce. it is going to take a considerable time due to law and court procedure to prove and seek divorce from court. other option is that if you have evidences of your wife cheating upon you then you can send a notice to her to take divorce by mutual consent referring those evidences and she will agree to take the divorce mutually
