Wife cheating and married with other man

My wife has married another man without divorcing me or she is living with her second husband and is also receiving maintenance from me I have got information about her LIC policy in which she has made her second husband as husband and nominee, How do I prove it in court
This is a case of perjury if she has married during the pendency of maintenance case and if she has provided false affidavit then she has committed perjury an offence under 227 BNS .The court which has passed orders for maintenance can take action against her after u make a complaint with the relevant documents. Also her maintenqnce will be cancelled .
