Wife blackmailing to transfer property in her name

I, Hindu by religion have a son of 19 yrs from first wife after her death second wife forcing me to do all property in my name otherwise i will get it by filing divorce petition. She is already divorcee , age 36 yrs old & not agree to stay together.. i am 53 yrs old,by Hindu working in private company. Plz suggest me what to do.

I would like to inform you that if your second wife will file divorce case against you then she will loose enjoyment of your ancestral and self-acquired property because as per the Hindu law after your death she will acquire half of your entire property but in the case of divorce she can only enjoy maintenance against you and debarred to claim ownership in your whole property. Sir you are lucky that your wife want to file divorce let her file the case
Without your wife knowledge transfer all the properties in your son name and in this way she will be only entitled for maintenance only
