Wife asking to come and stay with her want me to leave parents

My wife is a anaesthetist,my wife completed MD anaesthesia at Kurnool medical college,I live with my family member s at Kurnool,I got married when I m doing final yr pg in surgery department of Kurnool medical college,she is from Nellore,after completion of her MD she gone to Nellore and settled there,and asked me to come there and settle and asked me to separate from my parents
You should issue notices to her for restitution of conjugal rights. if she does not reply to you within 30 days from the date of notice, you should file a suit for Restitution of conjugal rights in the court at Kurnool.
