Dear Sir,

You both can apply for a mutual consent divorce. There is no legal bar for filing MCD petition during pregnancy. However, make sure to mention in the petition that you both have been living separately for a period of one year or more in case you are Hindu and 2 years or more in case you are a Christian before the presentation of the petition for MCD and that during this period of separation you both have not been able to live together as husband and wife.
