White paper declaration is valid or not

29-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Wife don't want relationship and infront of two witness, wrote in a white paper that I don't like the marriage. So in future there should be any allegations by husband. Is that white paper statement signed by husband, wife and two witness is valid because now if husband wants to challenge in court by filing RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS.

In case you are intending to file Restitution of conjugal rights, on the basis of letter you are referring to, then you may do filing of RCR along with the copy of the same.

However will have to verify the content of the letter to confirm the validity and reliability of the same.

Share the document then will be in proper position to make a opinion about that document. As far as RCR is concerned you can straightaway deny to join matrimonial alliance owing to difference between both the party. Any children born? Any demand of alimony? Any property distribution?
