My husband filed for divorce under cruelty on June 2020 and the same has been withdrawn by him on March 2023 on condition that he will come and stay with me in chennai for 3yrs till 2026 ...and after that I have to come along with him to his native. He got it signed from me and having it. But he didn't come to chennai for living and again July 2023 he has filed for divorce under 13i and he has messaged me in what's app that divorce is" chumma" just to threaten me.asking to come immediately to na

If you want to live with him take steps thereto. If not, bring everything to the knowledge of the court and unmask him. Those evidences will never be against your case. First tell your decision in the dispute, only then I can give a proper advice.
