Whether I can appeal against panchayat's decision in the court

when bhorgaon leva patidar panchayat give decision against me, if i dont want any divorce there. I not expected any decision against me by panchayat. That time i can appeal against panchayat in court to avoid divorce. Plz Give proper suggestion.
A marriage cannot be dissolve by any authority other then court under hindu law. A panchayat cannot arbitrary decide divorce between parties as they do not have authority to do so. Hence your marriage is still surviving if you want your spouse back to you then you can apply to court for Restitution of conjugal rights... For further queries contact me...
