Whether DV restoration case is possible or not

My DV case is dismissed due to non-appearance of my wife. She has filed the restoration of DV case in Session court. My lawyer is saying DV restoration is not possible? Is it true? Thanks
It is true taht the DV case can not restore, but she can file new case against you with new reasons. there is no provision for restoration of Domestic Violance Act cases. Contested acquitted means the court pass an acquittal order in favour of the respondents.
