When free schooling, medical fecility available why maintenance?

ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಉಚಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಪತ್ನಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಾಗಿ ತನಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಲಂಬಿತ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವಾಗ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಜೀವನಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಗಂಡ ತನ್ನ ವಾದವನ್ನು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಬಹುದೇ. ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?
