What will be the order from court if no one residing at the address

When the arrest warrant will be issued from the court if husband is not responding and not living at the address

You may make such an application stating the reason and praying for issuance of warrant against your husband if still he doesn't appear or found then again you may pray to issue non bailable warrant against your husband

you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in this case. The court than asks the husband to come back to the house and the proceedings continue. if not shown up during the proceedings or not taken any action, warrent can be used. you may contact me for any further assistance. thank you.
