what will be the Child Custody after mutual divorce?

I'm an 36 years married women, I have a 7 years old son. Recently Everything changed around me, I found that I'm not interested in men, Besically I am lesbian, I tried my best to adjust with my situation and to carry a good realtion with my husband, but the probelm started that I could'nt get physial with him & he's continusaly forceing me & now days I'm getting abused & I can'nt take it anymore, I want to get mutual divorce with him, but he's threating me telling that he'll take my son away.

dear client as per your query since you want mutual divorce so it will take max six months of time duration along with it you can file for the custody of the child too he cannot threaten you it will be court's decision okk..
