Your querry is different and no legal remedy is available to restrain any brother to help his sister, however being wife your strength of love can mend your husband and you have not told whether his sister is married or not if she is married then the whole responsibility to maintain her is upon husband and she is legally entitled to get maintenance.

Your problem is an internal matter of the family consisting of all three of you and you have to speak to your husband for arriving at a solution by telling him first to look for interest of your family consisting of daughter. before giving any money others .

Well Is your husband giving you maintenance ? Is he contributing for the child’s maintenance? Is he fulfilling his responsibilities? What recording is it ? Are certain questions which have to be answered. Seems like you are interested in giving him a legal notice and not a court case. Therefore after going through ththe answers to these question you can send a legal notice to him so as to warn him. Plz contact m for further assistance.

If your sister-in-law is a dependent of your husband then there is no such legal remedy available for you through which you can stop your husband to take care of the expenses of his sister. You may take your husband to mediation cell in order to sort out the issue. Divorce/ Judicial separation & Annulment are the last few oprions.
