Husband not ready for any compensation nor maintenance and also wants childs custody... Stayin with parents from jan 2016
It is not clear as to what are the issues between your husband and you. As his behaviour is unreasonable and you are being mentally tortured, you can proceed under domestic violence act. You can get compensation, maintenance as well as custody of the child by approaching court.

You can file for retaining custody, maintenance for self ( if not working) and child ,residence, compensation under Protection of woman from domestic violence Act. It is advisable to file it before he files for divorce if he planning to. If you have treated with cruelty, dowry demands etc you can also file an FIR against him.
