What to do if husband has filed for divorce, I want to live together

If i dont want to transfer my post.and my dont want to break my marriege life.but my husband press for divorced with me .is it possible.
See one has to sacrifice for saving the marriage. If both of you are rigid in stand, no one can help it. Marriage must be consummated. If You don't live together it will not be possible. Try to convince your husband if he sacrifices.

If he is insisting still just ignore giving good reason..if he files his own divorce case than you contest before court along with apetition under section 9 of hindu marriage act..restitution petition...rest is your luck..no divorce is forceble..court will heard both parties..all d best.

If you do not want divorce you can deny giving divorce but it would be ultimately upto the court who would decide the question of divorce
