If you have already filed a case for divorce, you can also file an application for interim maintenance in the same court asking for support for your child and yourself till the divorce case is finally disposed of.
As to your belongings, you will get them once the final decree of divorce is issued by the court. In case you need any object urgently, you can ask the court to issue an interim order regarding the same.

As to custody, currently, the husband seems to have a case stronger than you as he is financially more competent to take care of the child.

Consult your advocate as to how you can make a strong case for yourself.

hello,
your jewelry or whatever gift that was given to you by your parents or in-laws is your stree dhan and it should come to you. you file an application in the family court praying to direct your husband to give all your belonging. also your child is too small to be handed over to your husband.
