What right does girl has after divorce to meet her father

I got divorce 15 years back. I have a daughter who is 15 years old now and now she wants to meet her father but he does not wants to meet her. Is there any law through which I can make him meet her?
No....,..... But you can file maintainance petition for the child. The court will issue summons to him and direct him to remain present till the disposal of the Maintainance petition

You can file a case under hindu adoption and maintenance act and also file a petition under sec 125 cr.pc . No doubt these Cases are for maintenance but to contest these cases he has to appear in court for giving evidence and that time you can make arrangement for there meeting. Also provide me details of your divorce case at that time what is decided for girl. Otherwise in whole you can't force him after divorce to meet with daughter

Read your query , and you mentioned that your daughter is 15 year old , she has full right to meet her father which is her natural guardian, she is minor and can meet her father anytime she wants , but if her father don't want to meet her , there are certain provisions in law , which your dauther and you can adopt , you can consult me anytime I will suggest you some.
