Hi
In Delhi - Along with divorce petition
, it is mandatory to file an Affidavit of Income, Assests and Expenditure. In this Affidavit we provide detailed information of the petitioner and last three years bank account statement and ITRs have to be filed.

This Affidavit also provides details of properties owned by the party/ properties in which the party my have right of share.

You have to provide these details to the Lawyer for preparing the Affidavit.

Yes, you need to show the details of properties jointly or solely owned by you.

Filing of Affidavit of Income, Assets and Expenditure is mandatory in Delhi. No divorce petition can be filed without this Affidavit. Even your wife will also file such Affidavit at the time of filing Written Statement.
