19.10.2015 me mene court me aarya smaj marrige ki thi jiska ek certificate bhi mila h hme or ab tk ghr me kisi ko pta bhi nhi but ab m unke sath shaadi ni krna chati kya m unse alg ho skti hu agr ha to kese?my religion is hindu
सर्वप्रथम तो यह स्पष्ट करें कि आपने कोर्ट मेरिज की अथवा आर्य समाज के द्वारा ?
बरहाल, दोनों ही परिस्थितियों में आपका विवाह विधिक रूप से मान्य है ।
अब जैसा कि आपका कहना है कि अब आप अलग होना चाहतीं हैं, तो इसके लिए आपको नियमानुसार संबंधित परिवार न्यायालय में "तलाक" हेतु याचिका दायर करनी होगी ।
तलाक की डिक्री पारित होने तक आप "विवाहित" ही कहलायेगीं ।
बरहाल, दोनों ही परिस्थितियों में आपका विवाह विधिक रूप से मान्य है ।

Your marriage is totally govern by Hindu Marriage Act,1955.According to Section 13 of this Act ,you may file a suit for judicial separation before the concern court/Family Court.after order of the court ,you are eligible to live separately.

According to hindu marriage act arya samaj marriages validitity is same as normal people do as per there tradition.U have to make sure that marriage certificate from arya samaj is with u nd also the witness who have singned there should be in ur favour.
