What is the right process of getting ITR from a husband ? Specially when he had submitted 6-7 years back ITR whereas judge asked for last 3 years ITR copy .

it's you who have to file apropriate application before the court get the information you need. there no other option to get information of a individual. you advocate have to come up with relevant section which give you all this rights

Get the direction from the court he must follow courts order for further details information plz free to call and get more advice for your case you must submit this before court . And court will order for same

an application under section 90 crpc can we file before the court in which your matter is pending. through this application the income tax official can be someone to the court for submission of the income tax returns of your husband. the judge would only do so if absolutely necessary for deciding the case. should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
