What is the real legal requirement on Property for my wife and 20yo da

50yr old male-worked hard for 22 years. Wife NEVER worked and always worked against family. Put up with her BS for betterment of my daughter. But now both of them abandoned me. Separated for 3+ years. She not willing to discuss Divorce. Recently diagnosed her to be Narcissist. What are my options to get out of this ABUSIVE MARRIAGE of 22+ years? She living with her Father in VILLAGE. What legal MINIMUM property I have to give? Which IPC code says? Is it left to discretion of judge?

Hi being narcissist is not a ground for divorce. But being abusive is a ground for granting divorce. Desertion is another ground for divorce. Also IPC don't have any footing in matrimonial issues unless and otherwise if there are any physical abuse. Moreover there is no question as to discretion of Judge. The judge can decide the only based on facts that can be considered from legal point of view. For more clarity pls feel free to contact me
