What is the process to withdraw a case earlier filed under sec 498A

Ld Members, My wife had filed 498a case against me and my family members, now we agreed for MCD and want to withdraw 498a case. Till now case dairy/chargesheet has not been submitted by the police. Kindly advise how to get the case withdrawn.
Regardig your query firstly you have to file ABP with compromise secondly when in your case charge sheet will be filed after that under previous compromise petition deposition of informant/ your wife.

And u can file mutual divorce case for the separation you will get the mutual divorce in about 6 months.
