21-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have file mutual consent divorce in June 2022 on a mutual consent grounds but now i have changed my mind and i dont want to get divorced so i am skipping the second notion hearing since then. I would like to know that if i appear in the court and denies for the divorce in front of judge then can court grant a divorce or if i remain absent during the the second motion hearing date can court grant a divorce? Or Is notarized divorce valid without decree?nnHow to the divorce denial statement?

After reading the question of yours, it is still unclear if you have filed a joint statement for mutual consent. also what changed in between the days if filing and the realisation that you do not want to get divorce. Some courts take it very seriously, when such petitioners are wasting their precious time. Withdrawing from you will not end the case, unless you satisfy the Court as to why are you withdrawing from the same. It is still sub-judice and can be taken care of but first I would like to have a look at your papers. Without which no professional can advice on the legal issue. Regarding notarised version, you have not stated that at which office are you going to submit it and what's the purpose. Absence of information is a nightmare for any professional consultant.
