18-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi sir. Today attended divorce court as I applied for divorce. Initially it is exparte , after 9 months she came and put vakalathnama by consulting her advocate. Now she put a petition O9R7 for not attending to court these months. Please tell me how to get the ex parte granted . More over what is the time limit that ex parte decree can be put aside. Since almost 9 months and now she filed he'd first petition. Tell me what the questions we can pose her to get divorce granted. Regards, Innocent man.

So you need to engage a lawyer who can counsel you based on the contents of the petition and counter
