What is the procedure to file mutual consent divorce

i want to know that will my husband at the time of filing mutual consent divorce petition will provide any proof in written that they will provide us the money settlement as agreed mutually between us and some after the 6 months for full and final settlement?is there can be a proof for us?so that they cannot back out and will not pay the amount.i want some proof in written at the time of filing petition for divorce that they will provide with the amount as they agreed to provide first time ad rest at final time.

When in mutual divorce your husband will give a statement in court regarding settlement of money to be given to you on first statement or second statement . You can procure / get the certified copy of that statement stating the conditions of money and settlement . That proof of Statement by your husband that u can have for your own record. And your husband will not deny from that statement and if he deny from that statement and the court will take action on him on your application. The statement given by your husband in court during the mutual divorce case is itself a proof and he cannot deny from that statement.

For sec 13 b hma u both live separetly for one year.at time of first statemnt whatever agreed in between u and your husband half of amount will be given and remaining half at time of second statement.these all will written in 13b hma.others condition will also mention in 13b hma

Usually mutual divorce is to filed if both the parties are agree to do so. Here husband has to provide full and final settlement maintenance amount in two parts. At the time of recording first statement he has to make statement before judge. For more info pls avail our paid services
