What is the procedure to file for divorce if living separately

Sir/ Madam, i want to know that what is the procedure of divorce in case of husband wife not leaving together from the past two years. husband has no economically stable but wife force him to live separately from his parents. Parents are aged and husband does not want to leave them. but wife doesnt agree to come back to his home and force him.
IN the alternate, in the event wife is not ready for divorce, husband has an option to file contested case under reasons/options available under the law which includes cruelty.
