What is the procedure for mutual divorce & child custody

im sikh n seeking divorce thru 13b n custody of two sons wid me but nw 10days bfr second motion..my husband filed a visitation rights case n conveyed i shud permit fr visiting rights n he wil withdraw da case but everything wz mutually done n in gud faith i hvnt claimed fr alimony n maintenance fr kids..nw due to all dz im feeling burdened empty handed hvng only custody of kids..wht to do as one week z left fr second motion

Ned not to worry at all. If he not come forward for second motion then you can claim maintenance, domestic violence case or dowry case. You can file divorce under section 13 hma. So,you may call for details.

Dear, don't record your second statement, if you are not comfortable with all this, otherwise your wife can seek visiting rights it her legal right you can't stop her filling the same petition, this is separate matter, it would be better to give divorce, let her take the visiting rights....

In sec 13b mutual consent divorce second motion statement is to be completed. Otherwise there will be no divorce. He has right to file custody of minor children. You have not clear this what was mutually agreed in between u nd your husband.
