What is the procedure for filing divorce

I am a widower and have 13 years old girld chile, married a divorcee girl with a dughter of 10 years old. Because of her parents and sister's husband unwanted interfearance in our family matters she left from my house 4 months before. I filed RCR at chennai, where i am working. She is Kerala now with her parents and kid. Used bad words against me and to my 70 yrs old father. Not at all cooperating with me for any thing. My daughter is staying with her grandma now, need divorce for me, for that i filed RCR, because she never come back again to Chennai. So please advise how to getdivorce
Whether the second marriage has completed one year period from the date of marriage?
