What is the closure process of DVC order passed against husband ?

How and when can the Decree order passed in the DVC in December 2023 against the husband be closed by mutual consent, along with the 498A case at the summons stage? Can both cases be closed through a court affidavit based on a compromise after divorce, without the wife's presence or cooperation? The MOU settlement terms include permanent alimony, child custody, and settlement for child care, with the withdrawal of the 498A case and the wife's consent to close the DVC appeal cases.
