What is process for divorce under christian laws?

I need to know divorce process for under christian marriage act. Time period to complete divorce process and custody of children (2) to be retained by mother through divorce based on mutual consent
You have to file for divorce under Indian Divorce Act.
If both the parties are having mutual agreement, then it can be done quickly. Child custody and visitiation rights also can be mutually decided. If you both are having agreement, court will approve it.
The mutual divorce proceeding will complete in seventh month from the date of filing. There is statutory 6 months cooling period is there.
If its a contested divorce, it way not conclude soon. The lenght of the litigations differ from case to case based on different factors.
