What is possible result in this case filed in CJM court

My sister was astorted by her in laws so we filed a report in police station, now we want that my sister and his husband to stay differently but their inlaws are not ready to do this so the police officer sent this case to cjm court , so my question is what decision the court will give???? Please answer.
It is a domestic violence case which comes under Section 498A of IPC.
If the Magistrate rules in your sister's favour then the punishment for this offence is 3 years of imprisonment and fine.
As for the decision of the court, if your case is strong then the Magistrate will rule in your sister's favour.
