What if wife is not letting me meet children even after court's order.

My divorce case is going on.i have filled a access rights for my daughter who is 3years old.and i got the access rights to take my daughter on sat and sun. But my wife refused to send her from 2week end .she is going aganist the court statment. Is it court of comtempt.?

If order of access is passed by the Hon'ble court is not complied by your wife then you can initiate proceedings for contempt of court otder. And/or if consent term is executed for aceess of chilld then you can also take out appliction for none compliance of co sent terms. You can take proper proceedings as per your case.

Yes it is contempt of court because you got an order from court to meet your daughter on Saturday and Sunday. So you have to file complaint in same court to against your wife . And court will passed order accordingly
