what ground of Contested divorce

My wife has mental issues from 2017. We got married in 2022. Her family didnt told us before. After marriage she doesnt used to talk, she got depression, we had her treatment. She tried to commit suicide. My family is very afraid from her. She is not living with us anymore. But she is also not ready to divorce.she is well now. But i dont want to live my life in fear. I have all the proof of recordings & confession. Can I get contested divorce. What are the grounds.

U should file a application at district court against your wife in section 13 A of Hindu marriage act for contested divorce...u should have ground of cruelty for thiis matter...if u prove cruelty then u should be able to get divorce from your wife..
