What cases she can file on me if I approached for divorce

Sir/mam I had gone to grevence cell of sp regarding herrasments I'm facing through in laws and my wife sp had forwarded it to women PS and authority in that PS (DSP) had listened conversation between me and my wife had said "this can't be solved here go to court" Sir if they willing to go to court then on what causes she can file cases on me for keeping me behind bars?

First have a complaint given in writing to the police station so that it is on record. If you are apprehending arrest then you may file for anticipatory bail before the concerned court. One would need to know how you are being harassed before one could guide you on the same.

she can't you behind bar for any cause in that many of the cases in HMA all lady try to make money after marriage. she can file first 13(a)(i) case against you for divorce and after that he file another case for maintenance in that she can go for FIR in that FIR can ve registered.
