Is the following relationship is under prohibited degree of relationship ? (1) "Father of father of mother of bride and father of mother of father of bridegroom are both own brother" (2) "father of mother of mother of bride and mother of mother of bridegroom are both own brother and sister"

Firstly confirm your religion as in Hindu Law the above details fall ynder sapinda relationship which is prohibited and your marriage cannot be registered and if you registere without placing the above mentioned facts it would be illegal and invalid. As in your case your third generation in line of ascent through mother and fifth generation in line of ascent through father (inclusive of both bride and groom respectively) are both traceable to one lineal ascendants. "Sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother, and the fifth (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the father, the line being traced upwards in each case from the person concerned, who is to be counted as the first generation;
