What are the end results of DV case?

What are the end results of DV case? I know there is interim maintenance and residential orders, will there be permanent alimony ordered in DV case against the husband?

Yes...the interim maintenance that the wife will be getting is till the conclusion of the case. After that the husband will be liable to give the permanent alimony to the wife as demanded by the wife in her petition. The court will also take into consideration the income affidavit that both the parties submit. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

The relief given by the court in DV are life long until :- 1. There is a settlement 2. Wife after divorce marry somewhere else 3. Wife takes lump sum amount 4. Etc You need to hire expert advocate for the same if your current advocate is unanswerable Thanks
