What action I can get against her friend N how can I get my son back?

I have found that the whats app chat between my wife and her friend(army officer) is not ethical and crossed the limits. She has deleted all the messages however I have the screenshots of the same. Last month she told me that she want to go to her parents house for vacation and took my 8 year old son which is another city. Now she is denying to come home and she has already taken admission of my son in the school. We both are hindu. What action I can take against her friend? How can I get son b

You can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights petition before the Family Court against your wife whereby the court, if satisfied, will order your wife to come back to your home along with your child.

The cannot take any criminal action against your wife and her friend as adultery is not an offense anymore. The only step you can take is to decide whether you want to continue your relationship with her or not. if no is the answer then you have the resort to seek divorce on the ground of cruelty and illicit relationship. You can also seek custody of your son through court pleading the immoral character of your wife

you can file a petition under section 9 for restitution of conjugal rights in the present case. the court thus orders the other spouse to come back. do get in touch with me for further explanation and assistance regarding the same. thank you.
