Wants to file for alimony after filing divorce

I want to know that how can we get our Divorce along alumni. My all jewellry is in custody of in laws and husband. My advocate is recommending us to file Recovery Suit which involves alot of investment and i am not in any condition to bear big expenses. AlI have already filed 487A case and Domestic Violence Act. Two cases are in process. I also filed Divorce case which i had pulled back because my lawyer advised us to pull back the case otherwise the divorce will be granted and there would not be any compensation provided.
You need to file the maintenance petition under Section 125 of CrPC under which court will order for the interim monthly maintenance for day to day livelihood and you need to file divorce petition again against your husband alongwith the application under section 25 of HMA for permanent alimony.

You also file maintenance under Section 125 Cr. PC and suit for recovery. You have to keep in mind that the cases will take time. The duration of time of marriage, contents of other cases , status of husband is required to recommend future course of action.
