Want to re marry ex husband not giving NOC for adoption of my child

Dear Sir / Madam, I have been divorced without taking maintenance for me & my baby from my husband. Now planning to get re-marry. but the situation is , my husband is not ready to give NOC for adoption process. I doubt my advocate is supporting to him. In this case can i file in the court for maintenance for my baby. Please advise.

If you will get remarried husband is not duty bound to maintain you, however it it is a duty of husband to maintain your child. You can certainly claim maintrnance for baby. If you have doubt that your Advocate is supporting them, then dont wait to appoint new Advocate.

You can definitely file for maintenance for your child in the family court or file a domestic violence case against your ex-husband. even a divorcee is entitled to file a DV case against the divorced husband. If you say that your lawyer is with him, then you are in trouble and you need to consult a good lawyer immediately.
